These Terms and Conditions govern the ZappTrip Reserve trips offered by ZappTrip. By using ZappTrip's services, you (hereinafter referred to as "the User"/"you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which supplement other T&Cs you have agreed with ZappTrip.
Reserve prices may differ and be higher than on-demand prices for the same trip.
The provision of the services under ZappTrip Reserve is subject to the acceptance of a trip request by a driver. The acceptance of any cab ride request made by a User is at the sole discretion of the driver. ZappTrip does not guarantee that a driver will accept a User's trip request, even if a reservation has been made.
While ZappTrip facilitates the reservation process, it does not guarantee that a reserved driver will arrive at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time or at all. Factors such as traffic conditions, unforeseen delays and the driver's independent decision-making can impact arrival times. ZappTrip shall not be held liable if a driver fails to arrive within any specific time frame or does not arrive at all.
Users may have the option to cancel their reservation, subject to the cancellation policy below. Refer to the list below for more information on the cancellation charges that apply to your reservation.
Once your driver arrives at your requested pick-up location, you or your guest rider should meet the driver to begin the trip within the "waiting time" period specified below. That waiting time is included in your estimated fare. If you have not met your driver after five additional minutes, the trip may be cancelled and you'll be charged the applicable cancellation fee.

Eligible promotions will be applied to your scheduled trip at the time your driver is prompted to begin travelling to your pick-up location. Your price may increase if the length, duration or route of your trip changes. Your trip price includes a Reservation Fee.
ZappTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on ZappTrip's platform. The User's continued use of the reservation services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
