1) Relationship

ZappTrip provides a technology platform to help you discover, request, and manage ride bookings. Transportation services are provided by independent drivers/partners.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Accounts

  • You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts to prevent fraud, abuse, or for policy violations.
  • Some features may require identity verification for safety.

4) Bookings and service delivery

  • Booking availability may vary by city, time, and vehicle category.
  • Estimated pickup times and routes depend on traffic, conditions, and driver availability.
  • You must follow reasonable safety instructions and applicable laws during a trip.

5) Pricing, payments, and refunds

  • Prices shown may include taxes, tolls, or additional fees where applicable.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
  • Refunds/cancellation charges depend on timing and trip type; contact support with booking ID for help.
Tip/gratuity (if any) is optional unless explicitly stated.

6) User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform. For example, you must not:

  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
  • Interfere with platform operation (scraping, abuse, attacks, excessive automated requests).
  • Harass, discriminate, threaten, or behave unlawfully towards drivers, staff, or other users.
  • Use the service for unlawful or hazardous materials.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • We are not responsible for acts/omissions of independent third-party providers beyond what the law requires.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages.

8) Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact support first so we can try to resolve it quickly.

9) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use indicates acceptance.
