User data deletion
Request permanent deletion of your ZappTrip account and personal information. This page is provided for privacy compliance (including Meta/Facebook platform requirements).
What happens when you delete your data
- Removed: profile, saved addresses, login credentials, marketing preferences, and support chat history linked to your account.
- Anonymized: past booking records keep trip/fare details but your name, phone, and email are stripped.
- Irreversible: you will need to sign up again to use ZappTrip with the same mobile number.
Typical processing is immediate when you verify ownership. Manual review may take up to 30 days for requests without a matching account.
Request account deletion
If you have a ZappTrip account, enter the mobile number used at sign-up. We will send a verification code on WhatsApp before deletion.
Step 2 — Verify with OTP
After submitting your request, enter your reference ID and the 4-digit code sent to your WhatsApp number.
